About 20 Years before, after I finished my hi-School I got a scholarship to go to study aboard, and I choose Japan. That time, I can not understand Japanese at all. So, it is very tough for me to live in Japan. Before I go to University in Japan, I went to Japanese Language School for 2 Years. I work very hard to learn Japanese and finally I got the L1 (Old System) and N1 before I finish the university in the field of engineering.
After going back to Thailand, I started working at the Apparel Maker Company in Thailand as an Interpreter. This job lets me know how difficult in Interpretation work. Although I can speak Japanese fluently, I can’t interpret at all. I work hard more than 3 months to became one of Interpreter. Because I belong to the Kaizen Activity division, I have a chance to learn many kinds of Job including the Production, Administration, Accounting, Purchasing via the Kaizen Meeting that I representative the interpretation.
After work 2 years, I decided to study MBA for learn about Management skill more. With the Logical thinking which I learned from university, the experience of many fields of work, plus the Management skill I learned from MBA, I can understand a lot of problem in many kinds of business including Production field and Administration field.
